The digital revenue team at Provident Label Group works hand-in-hand with online partners to expand our artists’ reach across the digital landscape. We’re looking for someone with a passion for faith-based music, someone whose attention to detail, proven organizational skills, self-motivation and great attitude will help the cogs run smoothly.

Then consider this rewarding position as Digital Revenue Coordinator who can coordinate processes to streamline promotions for digital service providers and provide administrative support for Digital Revenue staff.

Responsibilities

• Streaming Initiatives

o Build and maintain owned playlists and other assets

o Coordinate content capture and promotional assets

o Support playlist advertising and promotional efforts

o Meet submission deadlines required for streaming promotions

o Assist Streaming Strategy Manager in identifying new targets for song placements

o Inventory, report, and communicate playlist changes

• Branded Content Initiatives

o Coordinate social media content calendar and assets

o Build initial launch assets for new platforms

o Schedule and promote content as directed

o Support and execute new branded initiatives as directed

• Promotional toolkits, schedules, and reports

o Request, organize, and distribute promotional materials

o Manage pre-release systems, content timelines, and distribution

o Parse and distribute appropriate release schedules to internal and external partners worldwide

o Maintain promotional calendar that provides visibility into ongoing and upcoming promotions

o Utilize analytical dashboards and reporting tools

o Maintain weekly reports and artist profiles

o Ensure quality control of digital releases and content claims with Production team

• Administrative Responsibilities

o Assist Sr. Dir. Of Digital Revenue in administrative tasks

o Support Digital Partner Managers and Digital Insights Specialists as directed

o Manage and maintain budget responsibilities for Digital Revenue department

o Maintain travel systems and book travel as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business/marketing/advertising preferred

• Experience building and promoting playlists preferred

• General knowledge of digital music landscape, streaming services, playlist curation, industry best practices, generally gained through 1 year of experience.

• Passion for faith-based music, both current and past catalog

• Experience learning and utilizing proprietary software; strong MS Office skills (particularly Excel)

• Experience managing various digital file types

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); proven professional interpersonal skills a must
