    Employee is responsible for community development and campaign execution for a diverse roster of artists.  This position will manage day to day promotional activities, maintain artist web and social channels as well as coordinate with partners overseeing web development, operations and production in partnership with the Product Managers and Sales team for each project.

    Responsibilities

    • Proactively recommend creative campaign ideas 
    • Manage multiple projects from beginning to end 
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive community, content development, CRM, and social media
    • Create/publish engaging content for artist social media properties through daily posts across all relevant social channels and platforms
    • Collaborate on creative assets used in social, email and web marketing campaigns catered to the aesthetic of each individual artist campaign
    • Monitor trends happening daily across social media channels and the music landscape
    • Liaise with all Digital Platforms (i.e. Pandora, Shazam, Musical.ly, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to set up promotions and campaigns
    • Liaise with streaming account editorial teams to maximize exposure for label repertoire.
    • Participate in marketing brainstorms, artist meetings and partner meetings
    • Develop KPIs and generate analytic reports in conjunction with internal analyst and research department to measure success
    • Set clear project performance goals that focus on measurable and quantitative results
    • Develop playlist strategy for artist campaigns in conjunction with label sales team.
    • Maintain artist profiles on streaming accounts including playlist curation and content programming.
    • Foster mutually beneficial relationships with account editorial teams.
    • Create compelling pitches for artists to excite and engage partners.

    Qualifications

    • Expert in social communication and working with digital platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Musical.ly, etc.
    • Understanding of Streaming platforms including: Spotify, Apple Music, Google, Amazon, Pandora, SoundCloud, Deezer, etc.
    • Excellent editorial skills and proven success writing for, engaging and growing social channels
    • Strong command of social monitoring and reporting tools
    • CRM Expertise, using CRM platforms and executing CRM optimization tactics
    • Experience writing project proposals, execution, and reporting of such campaigns
    • Ability to quickly adapt to emerging trends, interest in emerging technology and social development
