    Responsibilities


    • Oversee all Legacy social channels, managing messaging/marketing and playlist post optimization in both evergreen and project-specific instances, working cross-functionally across the organization. Work closely with content team on creative, editorial and sourcing requirements as well as workflow optimization. Lead weekly editorial meeting to map out monthly editorial calendar to share with US and ex-US markets.

    • Manage post boosting testing / optimization, creative development, and analysis for social campaigns, sharing findings in an ongoing manner with key stakeholders.

    • Prepare and deliver presentations on social media campaigns, strategies and recommendations for staff, artists, managers and estates, making appropriate strategic recommendations to deliver ROI-positive outcomes. Expectation is to deliver at least 1 internal (marketing meeting or All Players) presentation per month.

    • Share findings on competitive strategies, social media trends and circulating salient articles/blog posts/reports to relevant parties; making ongoing recommendations to improve Legacy’s social media results.

    • Run regular hands-on social media sessions with Legacy teams to ensure social media knowledge essential to their job functions is a part of their skill set

    • Create appropriate feedback loops and communication channels among Legacy staff to ensure social media opportunities, competitive strategies/campaigns, data and learnings are disseminated to key stakeholders; making ongoing recommendations to improve Legacy’s social media channels & campaign results.

    Qualifications


    • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience is required, preferably in marketing, computer science, communications or business.

    • A minimum of 3-4 years of marketing experience, including database marketing utilizing e-mail as the primary medium, social marketing, digital marketing and transactional marketing.

    • Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS.

    • Social Media Obsessed: Demonstrated knowledge of and professional experience with social platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Instagram, Pinterest and Snapchat.

    • Experience in e-mail creative development, including copy and design testing, and optimizing for performance.

    • Ability and desire to work in a fast paced high change and hands on environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously and meeting deadlines.

    • Detailed knowledge and exposure in the field of email marketing especially with respect to best practices, spam policing, delivery optimization.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Extremely detail-oriented and organized.

    • Creative, collaborative, and innovative thinking skills.

    • Experience / Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

    • Creative, self-starter with exceptional follow-up skills.
