    Responsibilities

    • Develop multifaceted campaigns to build audience and awareness for emerging and established artists on streaming platforms.
    • Collaborate across departments to drive ideas that promote streaming behavior off platform as well.
    • Manage varied artist priorities across Hip-Hop and R&B genres simultaneously.
    • Foster mutually beneficial relationships with streaming account editorial teams to maximize exposure for label repertoire.
    • Analyze partner curated playlists and competitive data to identify opportunities for active priorities.
    • Maintain artist profiles on streaming accounts including playlist curation and content programming.
    • Create fan driven playlist strategies for artist campaigns to foster on-platform engagement year round.
    • Craft compelling pitches for artists to excite and engage partners.
    • Interpret data to form actionable intelligence that helps shape campaign narratives.

    Qualifications

    • Music industry experience ­(at least seven years in streaming/editorial/programming/digital marketing field).
    • Basic data analysis skills.
    • Positive attitude.
    • Committed work ethic.
    • Impeccable presentation.
    • Ability to travel (often).
    • Existing relationships with key contacts at streaming partners.
