    Arista is seeking an Associate Director, Partner Marketing, based in New York. The ideal candidate for this role is highly-organized, forward-thinking, and ambitious. This individual must have a true passion for the music industry and working alongside partners to effectively build the careers of artists.

    Responsibilities

    • Build robust and innovative marketing campaigns alongside partners to aid in artist discovery and fan engagement.
    • Identify critical partners that can lead to additional exposure for Arista artists.
    • Develop relationships with tech companies and apps, influencer marketing agencies, brands, gaming partners, DJ networks, in-store play companies, and other potential marketing partners.
    • Work with International team to ensure marketing plans and territory-specific tools are being created, shared, and implemented.
    • Oversee communications with internal teams including Synchshop, Sony Marketing, and SonyU.
    • Analyze campaign performance and communicate results to the larger team.

     

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of work experience in the music industry or in partner marketing/strategic partnerships.
    • Deep understanding of the music industry and the various platforms that artists leverage to build their audience.
    • Ability to handle multiple projects at one time and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that display organization and attention to detail.
    • Broad knowledge of the digital landscape and consumer trends.
    • Bachelor’s Degree.
