    We are seeking an Associate Director of Influencer Marketing to lead influencer marketing initiatives and help develop strategic marketing campaigns that not only drive awareness and sales for our artists but also bring in additional revenue and exposure.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide best-in-class influencer marketing counsel specific to artist brand, target, consumer and marketing objective.
    • Expert in both social platform and influencer nuances as it relates to strategy, influencer tiers, and verticals.
    • Experience vetting and leveraging social tools and technologies.
    • Craft end-to-end full scale influencers campaigns that support artist brand initiatives, objectives and KPIs.
    • Deep understanding of social platform analytics tools, understanding of how they work and ability to translate the output as related to impacting business strategies and marketing efforts.
    • Ability to develop recap materials following campaign execution to measure and evaluate value, including ROI and performance metrics.
    • Fluent in reporting; ability to speak to concepts like impressions, frequency rate, business analytics, etc.
    • Oversee campaigns to ensure timely delivery of influencer assets and coordinate logistics based on talent contracts.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with premier influencers.

    Qualifications

    • Preferred 5-7 years work experience in Marketing or Advertising.
    • Experience in influencer social analytics related to the selection and evaluation of the right influencers for a brief response and to meet campaign objectives.
    • Knowledgeable about the intersection of earned, owned and paid media.
    • Experience with influencer costs, what factors drive pricing and how to adjust scopes of services appropriately in a negotiation.
    • Knowledge of digital consumer trends & lifestyle marketing tactics.
    • Ability to think creatively and independently, as well as collaboratively.
    • Must be able to manage time well, stay organized, and pay attention to detail.
