    Sony Music Latin seeks a Streaming Coordinator who will be responsible for working with the regional playlist team to coordinate and drive the overall streaming and playlisting strategy for the Latin Iberia region. This includes working with regional curators and playlisting team on developing, maintaining and optimizing playlists to increase track streams.  Note, this is a long-term temporary position (expected to last 6-12 months).


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identifying commercial opportunities for the creation and marketing of playlists brands
    • Coordinate the creation of advertising assets for campaigns (i.e. playlist covers, HPTOs, banners/videos etc.)
    • Coordinate support from local digital teams for generating artists engagement on Regional playlists campaigns (assets, ID’s..).
    • Manage & allocate ad inventory to maximize effective playlisting opportunities
    • Managing Artist Spotify Profiles and campaign Calendar.
    • Coordinate playlist promotions on artist and Sony socials
    • Establish, maintain and enforce playlist guidelines for the region
    • Learn and share best practices across digital teams
    • Coordinate track pitches for regional & local playlists
    • Analyze and share results of campaign initiatives


    • The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 1-2 years of prior administrative or other experience in the field of digital or digital marketing
    • Strong computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) and an intimate knowledge of social media and streaming services.  Will need to learn a variety of other computer systems including, but not limited to, Keynote and internal reporting tools.
    • Successful candidate will possess a positive attitude, an eagerness to learn and a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment while juggling multiple tasks and priorities.
    • Spanish fluency is highly preferred and prioritized
    • A proactive, flexible, self-starter who has strong problem solving, social, and interpersonal skills.
    • Exceptional communication and time management skills.
    • Must be able to work independently but be a team player and flexible.
    • The ability to manage time and priorities, set and achieve goals and juggle multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously – must be highly organized.
    • The use of discretion and the maintenance of high levels of confidentiality are also required.
